At EquipMyShop.com, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

🔄 30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• Include all parts, manuals, and accessories

• Must be returned with a valid proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Special orders or customized products

• Used equipment or items showing wear

• Electrical components (if opened)

🔁 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

💵 Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

📩 How to Start a Return

1. Email lindad@equipmyshop.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll send you return instructions and an RMA number (if eligible)

3. Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided
