Q: What is a OSSR fee? A: On Site Service Request (OSSR) fee is $195.00 this includes diagnosis of damaged equipment and provides a complete repair estimate. Upon approval of required repair 50% of OSSR fee will be applied towards total repair cost.

Q: How much is a spot-welder service?

A: $590.00 This includes Inspection of Main Control, Adjust Settings-Align and Tighten Power Cord Inspect 50 amp 250 V Plug.Check and Calibrate 208-230 V Power Settings. Check & Adjust Air Pressure to 116 psi, Calibrate Plier Squeeze Pressure.Remove & Replace Electrode arm attachments replace clamps when necessary. Drain Cooling tank and replace water pump filter refill purge and pressure test cooling system. Parts and accessories not included. Contact us for more details.

In addition to creating awareness of the different types of sheet metals making recognition easier during the process of the repair.

A: Equip offers various cerifications depending on facilities capabilities.
